Victoria Sandwich- 2 layer vanilla sponge with a jam & cream* filling. 

Chocolate Sandwich- 2 layers of delicious chocolate sponge with a generous chocolate cream* filling, topped off with chocolate cream.

These are also great as a super simple dessert made and dispatched same day for ultimate freshness.  (Can be frozen for extending shelf life).
