Refund policy

 A 30% non-refundable deposit will be due at time of order, if placed within 2 weeks of due date, after which full payment will need to be made.

If paid in full and cancellation is made 2 weeks before your order due date, 70% of your order value will be refunded.

If paid in full and cancellation is made after this date no refund will be offered unless in extreme circumstances.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a cake contract, this will need to be acknowledged, and non-refundable deposit paid (unless paying in full), your order cannot be confirmed until these conditions are met.

You will receive a copy of the contract for your records.

Any orders received externally, either via my contact page or through my social media channels Facebook or Instagram or via email info@lawscupcakes.co.uk , I will require a 30% deposit if your order due date is within 14 days, if your order is due before this then the full amount will be required and the cancellation rules as stated above will apply for any external orders cancelled.
