Initials / Digit cakes

My signature vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and jam,  topped off with buttercream flowers, and sugar flowers,  but can be dressed in any type of theme you have in mind. This cake is my signature vanilla cake with full on flavour vanilla bean extract matured for 8 months which goes into making this cake rich yet light and airy.
